The KIND Code of Conduct

  1. To conduct ourselves within the highest levels of ethics, integrity, accountability and responsibility
  2. To treat clients with dignity and confidentiality and to respect them as free and equal individuals, whilst putting their needs first
  3. To respect the rights of client confidentially except when expressly permitted by the client in writing or as required by law
  4. To recommend a different training provider or resource when they would be more appropriate to the client’s needs
  5. To comply with all laws and bylaws of the country in which we operate
  6. To obtain written permission from any client before releasing their names as referees


    Personal Data

    It is important to know that what is discussed during any work undertaken by KIND is in strictest confidence, and that any information or notes that are taken are kept secure.

    Any digital information is kept on a secure device which is password protected in accordance to the Data Protection Legislation.

    The only time where we are legally obliged to disclose any information is where a client is under the age of 16, or if there is an immediate risk to life. Only then would KIND be obliged to pass on relevant information to the relevant Emergency Intervention Service.

    We comply with GDPR regulations including data deletion.
