Course Overview:

An empowering course for managers who want to put wellbeing at the heart of their leadership skills. Managers who support the mental health of their staff will encourage employees to thrive, therefore increasing talent retention and creating a happier, healthier workforce.

Relationships between managers and their teams are key for the health and wellbeing of organisations. Providing your managers with a toolkit and training will ensure a consistent approach to mental health across departments and promote healthy performance throughout the whole organisation.

The course is designed to supply managers and team leaders with the toolkit needed to support their teams during challenging times. Giving confidence and new ways to have difficult conversations whilst ensuring that being in their team and workplace is a healthy and safe place to be.

  • one full day session 
  • courses require a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 25 attendees
  • course duration: approx 4.5 hours
